High level conference sponsors have the opportunity to co-develop a symposium with the Canadian Thoracic Society for presentation at the Canadian Respiratory Conference. A list of participants who attend these sessions, including their name, organization, city and province, will be shared with the co-developed symposia sponsors for each specific session after the conference. Do you give permission to have your name included on the list?
